Formukl8 is an online form builder platform that allows users to create, customise, and deploy forms. The Service includes form building tools, submission management, email notifications, PDF export, embeddable widgets, and AI-powered chat forms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Includes all core form building features with 30 submissions per month. Free forms include Kl8techgroup branding.

The Formukl8 platform is the intellectual property of Kl8techgroup. You retain ownership of forms you create and data you collect.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. As a form creator, you are the data controller for information collected through your forms.
Files uploaded through forms are validated for type and size (max 10MB). We reserve the right to remove files that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kl8techgroup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kl8techgroup from any claims arising from your use of the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time with 14 days notice to registered users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
